Sir Jacob Epstein(1880-1959), Bust of Princess Menen, patinated bronze, 55 cm high
Princess Menen was the half-Belgian niece of the Empress of Abyssinia. The artist modelled her and her sister, Princess Desta, whilst staying with her mother at the St Martin's Hotel.
