A fine 19th-century French ormolu and champlevé enamel dressing table garniture, comprising an oval mirror and a pair of candelabra, the mirror with blank cartouche and floral surmount, flanked by twin putti on a scrolled base, lion paw feet, 50 cm high x 30 cm wide, the conforming five-sconce candelabra each with applied mask decoration on a shaped square base, 44 cm high.

Condition Report

Wear and rubbing to the mirror gilding. Garnitures appear to have been re-gilded in recent years, as much bright. The putti on the mirror appear to have once held staffs or flags, now missing. All structurally sound. Minor rubbing and marks to the enamel visible on close inspection.
