Richard Wright of Liverpool (c. 1720-c. 1775) English depicting war ship at the sea (Battle of Bishops Court, 1760), one lettered: “To the Worshipful Corporation & Merchants of Liverpool, this Print being a View of both Squadrons Lying in Ramsay Bay in the Isle of Man, after the defeat of the Daring Monsr Thurot who was Killed in the Action the 28th of Feby 1760, is most humbly Inscribed by Gentlemen Your most Obedt Servant Richard Wright. Engraved from the Original Painting Drawn from the Real Ships by Permission of Capt Elliot, in the Collection of a Noble-man.", glazed and framed, 43 cm x 63 cm. (2)
