Canvas lined and previous craquelure has been restored. Some previous blistering evident to the background. Signs of restoration and overpainting to the sitter's right elbow. Canvas would benefit from cleaning. Slight paint loss to bottom right. Frame has some slight opening of the joints and general wear consistent with age.
