A sapphire and diamond heart-shaped locket on chain; the cover encrusted with varisized circular-cut sapphires, centred with an old-cut diamond of 6.0 mm with an estimated weight of 0.85ct, to conforming bail, with a hinged compartment with glaze deficient, unmarked yellow metal testing as silver on 18ct, drop length 4.0 cm, on a 46.0 cm long loose rope-link chain in white metal testing as silver, total weight of item 15.2 grams.
