Condition Report

The box has shrunken across some of its components and this has caused the compound joints of the top and body to gape open. See images

The base is split and also the base of the tray insert and the tray sits crooked in the interior.

Some damage to the pierced frieze.

It is possible that I have missed some small defect in the intricate carving but I have sought to give a general overview of the condition of the item.
