A Charles II silver footed porringer, London 1649, bearing the maker's mark DJ flanking an anchor device, The mark is listed in Jacksons but no attribution is given. With repeating oval reserves and twin-scroll handles, bearing the initials 'MB', on a spreading circular foot (also bearing a lion passant mark), 11.5 cm high x 16 cm wide, 9 ozt.

Condition Report

Foot appears to have been cut down or clipped to edges. Uneven rim, with tarnishing throughout. Please note that this has been passed by The Antique Plate Committee.
