Street scenes: surface dirt, particulalry to the drawing on the back page of the pamphlet. Soft creasing to the corners and a few further mild handling creases. Holes to the paper where the staples have been removed. A small indentation lower left.
Ghostly figure: in fairly good condition. The envelope is creased throughout.
