A mid 20th century gold, sapphire and diamond cluster ring, collet-set at the centre with round brilliant diamond within a shaped surround of six smaller old-cut and round brilliant diamonds and two round mixed-cut sapphires, the seven diamonds approximately 0.85cts total, all illusion and grain set in white on a yellow gold shank with split knife shoulders with chenirs, stamped ‘18ct’, size S, 5.8grams gross.
