Provenance:

The collection of Sarah Hall, an acolyte of Malcolm McLaren who worked in his shop 'SEX' as well as doing clerical work for him in his office on the King's Road. In lieu of wages Sarah was sometimes given stock, mostly T-shirts like this one.

Sarah Hall was a founding member of the band 'The Flowers of Romance' with her best friend Jo Faull and socialised with the Sex Pistols, including Sid Vicious. Hall went out with the Pistols' drummer Paul Cook for a short time and also had a long-time relationship with Boogie aka John Tiberi, Road Manager of the Sex Pistols.
