Jo Brand

Jo Brand is a comedian, writer, presenter and actor who prior to starting her career in entertainment worked in mental health. As a former psychiatric nurse, Jo knows the importance of good mental health. With over 50% of people affected by leprosy suffering from anxiety or depression, Jo was eager to help with our Giving Shoesday appeal.
Jo has kindly donated a fantastic pair of Converse high tops which includes a lovely hand-written note as to how she came to buy them! The size 6 shoes come in a dark blue fabric with brightly coloured laces – in very distinctive Jo Brand style!
