Partleton, ‘Bill’, make-up special effects artist, applying prosthetics and make-up to actors and actresses of the day, and depicted actors such as Boris Karloff after their make-up effects had been applied. The films included, Love on Wheels (1932), The Code (released as Heatwave 1935), The Man Who Changed his Mind (1936), Lady Jane Grey (released as Tudor Rose (1936) Windbag the Sailor (1936), Dr. Syn (1937), Owd Bob (1938), Girl Must Live (1939), Shipyard Sally (1939), [The] Frozen Limits (1939), and others, 10 x 8 inches.
