The Dark Crystal, a promotional poster for the 1982 film, designed by Brian Froud, published by Henson Associates, and signed by Tim Rose, the puppet designer and puppeteer who performed 'SkekShod the Treasurer' in the film, 71 cm x 51 cm, together with a similar poster from a fan convention, used as a backdrop to Tim's signing desk, also signed, 59 cm x 83 cm.
From the personal collection of Tim Rose, Animatronic Designer, Performer & Puppeteer, best known for his role as Admiral Ackbar in Star Wars Episode VI: Return of the Jedi (1983). Tim also puppeteered the characters of Sy Snoodles and Salacious B. Crumb, and worked on other projects with George Lucas and Jim Henson.
