A wonderful new addition to our auction calendar

We are now taking consignments for a dedicated Asian Art auction on Thursday 4th November.

03/10/2021

2021 has been an extremely exciting year of growth for Dawsons, and one during which the team has embraced an ‘online only’ approach. We have fully embraced a new digital auction world, incorporating contactless customer-focused service delivery; inclusive of virtual valuations, click and collect services, and bespoke digital marketing, all of which have helped our business to flourish.

As a team, we have an ongoing ambition to provide the best possible customer experience.

With this aim very much in mind, Dawsons are delighted to announce a revision to our auction calendar. We will be holding a dedicated Asian Art auction. The first of which will be on the 4th November, starting at 9:30am.

This is a wonderful new addition to the Dawsons auction calendar, and one which we expect our customers to thoroughly enjoy. Dawsons’ Asian Art specialist Richard Harrison explains…

Asian Art is my passion, I’m enthralled by it, each item has a story behind it or a story to decipher, and I am therefore thrilled to be holding a dedicated Asian Art sale. It is a fantastic opportunity for our many clients worldwide to reach a global audience, and to achieve higher and better results for their items, and this sale will have a strong focus on items from the far east – China in particular but not forgetting Japan”.

“We will be assisting buyers and collectors more than ever, with step-by-step guidance (where requested) in the process of sourcing, buying, and receiving that dream lot. With the emphasis being focused on high quality items; we will also be encouraging consignments of items from many other regions within Asia, India & Persia”.
