If you're looking to sell jewellery, watches or silver, you're able to schedule a complimentary 30-minute video call valuation and present your items to us from the comfort of your own home. Once we receive your booking, we shall connect you with the most appropriate specialist so you can get an instant valuation.

If your items are suitable for auction, our specialist will provide all the information you need when selling with Dawsons. You'll be able to consign with us live on the call and we can even arrange the safe collection of your valuables.

In Preparation for your Live Video Valuation, you must follow some simple guidelines - or the valuation may not be possible:

  • If you are considering selling Fine Jewellery and/or Watches and/or Silver, Dawsons are happy to provide a complimentary auction valuation
  • Please note that we can only provide live video valuations if you are based in the UK
  • Ensure that the item(s) to be valued is (are) readily at hand and available to be viewed by our Valuer during the live video valuation
  • Ensure that you are in a well-lit and quiet room, in order that the Valuer may communicate easily with you and clearly view the item to be valued
  • Disruption can make a valuation very difficult, so please ensure that you are able to communicate with the Valuer without interruption

Please Note: Dawsons’ expert Valuers may not be able to carry out an accurate valuation unless these guidelines are followed.
