A Yu Yuan Zeng (Xiamen Province) Chinese export silver teapot, of square inverted tapering form, with scrolled dragon handle, the sides and cover further decorated in relief with dragons amongst waves, impressed mark to base, 12 cm high x 21 cm wide, 550g.

Condition Report

The dragon handle is slightly dented and leans to one side, the top lip of the same dragon is missing one whisker.

The body of the pot has some superficial dents to the corners and the spout shows signs of a possible solder repair at the juncture of the spout and body of the pot.
