A pair of 1960s Dutch Westraven pottery wall plaques moulded with a glossy brown mottled cream glaze and resist design of an African tribesman with a spear and an lady in striped trousers with arm raised to allow a bird to land on it, the backs with impressed 'WESTRAVEN UTRECHT' mark, 31.5cm high. Westraven was founded as a roof tile factory in 1907, and merged with De Porceleyne Fles in 1994.
