Lot 14

An early William Moorcroft 'Cornflower' pattern vase, circa 1910, with slightly flaring rim above a waisted neck above the inverted baluster body, on a spreading circular foot, inscribed in green 'W Moorcroft, des', 31.5cm

Sold for £450

Condition Report

The rim has been professionally restored in two places and it looks as if the base has been separated from the vase as there are signs of restoration around the collar that separates the bottom of the vase with the top of the vase. All restoration has been done to a very high professional standard. The remainder of the vase appears to be free from any faults or restoration.
