Condition Report
The stand upper carcass has an old split to the side that has been filleted and coloured the same side a small flake of crossbanding missing from the edge
The top shows the construction through the veneer
The backboards have been replaced with some rather thickly sawn boards
The bottom drawer divider under the bottom drawer has a small area of veneer missing.
The chest has the usual blemishes and marks associated with antique furniture and would benefit from some cosmetic work
I can't see any woodworm infestation but would be wholly surprised if the upper section didn't have the odd flight hole or minor restoration/repair given its age.
The handles are replacements but are complete.
Just to reiterate the stand is later and probably from the early/mid 20th century.
