of domed form with concentric millefiori design with complex red and white central crimped cane surrounded by three rings of complex blue, white and red crimped canes, the underside bearing label 'From Mrs. Applewhite Abbott'a Collection' and engraved numbers.
Note: Between 1900 and 1938, Mrs. Applewhite Abbott assembled an impressive collection of over 300 Old English paperweights, which were auctioned off in 1952 by Sotheby's.
