An 18th-century style carved wood and gilt gesso rococo wall mirror is the style of Mathias Locke, 19th century. With pagoda cresting and the frame with "C" scrolls and vines the oval mirror plate flanked by a pair of ho ho birds. 142 cm high x 82 cm wide

Condition Report

Some small areas of loss at the extreme edges of the frame the leading wing of the right hand bird has been glued back on

The mirror is replaced with a plate that has a dark hue

Please note the mirror has NO backboards and I am not sure it ever did have.
