Shapland & Petter: a fine mahogany display / bookcase cabinet circa 1900, with marquetry and mother of pearl inlaid decoration, the middle lock stamped 'S & P', with bow-fronted twin lead glazed doors, opening to reveal a velvet-lined and shelved interior, flanked by two mirrors over cupboard doors, on block feet united by cross stretcher, 187 cm high x 140 cm wide x 42 cm deep.
