Would have possibly been Chinoiserie lacquered or painted cream and the interior painted mint green (the green remains on the interior of the upper section doors.
slight knocks and blemishes consistent with age.

A slight twist on the central door.
The lower section is fitted with two shelves each to the flanking cupboards and one to the central cupboard.
