Barbara Mildred Jones (1912-1978), a park landscape, watercolour, signed and dated '58, 37 cm x 53 cm, together with another by the same hand, signed and dated 1940, 37 cm x 27 cm, each framed and glazed.

Condition Report

The larger is on card, and has pinholes to the corners. It doesn't fit the frame and appears glued down. No apparent (further) damage to either, with colours still relatively bright.

Having looked closely under a glass, there is no evidence that either are prints. There is no plate lines to the edges. The larger looks to be preparatory work for: http://www.artnet.com/artists/barbara-jones/berkshire-DoAjcTN7G7oa1PtB0rQoOw2, with many of the same motifs appearing, but not all.
