Condition Report

White rook missing a third of its turreted top. An interior removable tray is missing the leather lugs used to lift the tray. Some interior dividers are missing. Games board centre is taped together, but the wrong sides have been incorrectly joined, leaving what should be the centre edges now on the outside, these two sides are no bound with sellotape. Book pages have come away from the spine, now with selloptape repair. Lock escutcheon missing. A 4cm strip of veneer is missing from the front bottom left corner and a 6cm strip missing from the rear left bottom corner. Age cracks to the left and right sides and rear. The rear of the lid has a small 1cm indent. Regardless of the faults this remains an attractive item.
