A Chinese Qianlong famille rose porcelain bullet-form teapot and cover, painted with reserves of figures seated at gaming tables in gardens, with leaf gilt short spout and loop handle, the cover with spear finial. 20 cm wide x 14 cm high, together with a similar shape but smaller bullet teapot and cover painted with oriental pheasant and flowers, 20 cm wide x 13 cm high.

Condition Report

The larger teapot: Cover restored gilding rubbed throughout.

The smaller teapot: Cracked and chipped at the junction of the handle and the body, chips to rim of cover.
