Johannes Andersen for Uldum Mobelfabrik, a teak 'Mid Century Vintage' sideboard with barrell ends, fitted two moulded cupboard doors and two sliding doors, on a simple squat legged underframe. 240 cm overall length x 41 cm x 64 cm overall height.

Condition Report

Some scuffs to the top that have penetrated the oiled layer but are still localised some marks appear to have been printed in the oiled surface by a spray polish or mild solvent, again these are localised areas also the top shows some bare areas that have been rubbed through the finish and white cup rings.

The carcass is good and free of spilts or cracks, the tambour closures are also free from splits and run as they should and meet in the middle as expected.

The legs and under frame seem firm and wobble free, the cupboards contain the corresponding shelves and the tambour section has its four baise lined drawers and two further adjustable shelves.

To sum up the sideboard is in very good order but the top finish will need some work to make good..
