Condition Report
We believe both of these works are original watercolours. There appears to be some minimal water damage/smudging on both. A few minor pin holes to both as per photos.
Apparently both unsigned with no obvious inscriptions.
Frames both structurally sound with minimal losses to gesso/gilding and few dead woodworm holes.

We assume that the 'Figures in a Gothic church pencil and watercolour' is one of the Dawson's pair offered in this auction, and the Italiante scene is from another source.
