A pair of 20th century or earlier Chinese hardwood horseshoe chairs the swept backs decorated with carved cartouches of mythical beasts, above rectangular panelled seats and scrolling arms, the forelegs united by swept carved aprons, 103 cm high, 60 cm wide.
