A large Songye Kifwebe mask, Democratic Republic of Congo, painted in bands of red, black & white, the nostrils with applied animal hair, and with a raffia beard, the sides pierced; and a Songye Association plaque, rectangular form, the centre with a relief carved kifwebe mask with incised decoration in black & white pigment, ( the plaque would signify that you are the keeper of a full size mask), 57cm & 41cm respectively
