An American Rookwood Pottery Vellum glaze vase decorated by Margaret Helen McDonald with a pattern of grapes, leaves and vines in graduated and mottled blues, greens, deep reds and brown, shape number 1369B, the base with impressed Rookwood mark with 14 flame marks and impressed 'XXV' for 1925, and painted 'MHM' decorator's monogram, 38cm high.
