An early to mid-19th-century elm and yew wood 'Windsor' open armchair with spindle and hoop back over a saddled seat on turned supports united by a crinoline stretcher. 44 cm high to the seat x 86 cm high overall x 56 cm wide. Together with a late Victorian elm and ash 'Wheelback' open armchair with saddled seat. 40 cm high to the seat x 85 cm high overall x 58 cm wide.

Yew wood chair nice and tight at the joints with no major defects

Elmwood chair has considerable woodworm throughout. Possibly replaced legs
