Two silver vinaigrettes by Nathaniel Mills, Birmingham 1829 & 1840; the George IV rectangular vinaigrette decorated with engine-turned pattern all over, cover engraved with date '1 June 1842' on a rectangular cartouche, open to reveal a gilt interior with a pierced foliate grille, 3.6 cm wide; the other is a Victorian rectangular vinaigrette scored with plaid pattern, cover engraved with initials on shield-shaped cartouche, raised floral thumbpiece open to reveal interior with pierced foliate grille, 3.3 cm wide; Total weight of items 35.5 grams.
