A William & Mary walnut kneehole lowboy, the quarter veneered cross banded top with herringbone banded detail and cross grain moulded edge; above one central and two deep flanking drawers fitted teardrop handles. On blarley twist, spindle supports over a shaped stretcher supported by turned bun feet. 70 cm overall width x 52 cm overall depth x 73 cm overall height, 55 cm to the kneehole.

Condition Report

The top has an old split that has been backfilled and some of the veneers of the top seem to be relatively flat and could have been replaced or re-laid.

The legs and feet are possible replacements as they are still quite cylindrical in section.

The table has had restoration over the years to keep it in good decorative order.

The handles if not original are in keeping
