A Victorian silver vinaigrette by Nathaniel Mills, Birmingham 1849, of a waisted rectangular form, cover decorated with engine-turned stripes and a shield-shaped cartouche engraved with initials, raised floral thumbpiece open to reveal the gilt interior, and a pierced foliate scrollwork grille, 4.8 cm wide, 30.4 grams.
