An amethyst demi-parure, including a pair of drop earrings, a ring and a pendant; The pair of earrings each features a large octagonal mixed cut amethyst of approximately 15.1 x 12.1 mm, claw set in an openwork scrolled surround with floral motifs, attached to a hinged trapezium surmount with another smaller octagonal amethyst sitting above, with screw post fittings, metal unmarked, drop length measures 4.5 cm; The ring similarly comprises an octagonal amethyst of 11.7 x 10.4 mm in the centre, claw set to a scrolled mount with pierced through under gallery, to a tapered flat shank, marked '14C', ring size K½; The similarly fashioned pendant features an amethyst of 17.7 x 16.8 mm, with scrollwork mount to a hinged bail, metal unmarked, drop length approximately measures 3.5 cm. Total weight of items 32.9 grams (3).
