Rialto Bridge - canvas later lined, signs of overpainting top and centre in the sky, and along the base. Also some abrasion to the surface along the bottom of the painting.
Canale di Santa Chiara - canvas later lined, retouching to cracking evident in buildings and horizon, possibly some overpainting to the sky.
Both may benefit from cleaning.
