Condition Report
The frames are quite firm
The cresting rails show old "clumsy" veneer patches
Some chairs have had patches around the dovetail housing to cresting rails where the stiles joint into them
Some Cresting rails are a little loose, but not hanging off
Some back seat rails show old woodworm flight holes that have come through from the actual beech rail through the mahogany capping
To sum up, these chairs will need some work but they are structurally good with the usual problems around the crestings that you commonly see
The woodworm is not at the infestation level.
