A 19th century painted satinwood oval wine cooler the cover depicting children and turkeys, over a further painted reserve featuring a courting couple, the whole embellished with stylised foliate tendrils, with later velvet lining to the interior, on four tapering legs terminating in castors, 55 cm high x 51 cm wide.
