A ship’s Staunton chess set and inlaid mahogany, holly and rosewood chess/backgammon box, the chess set with pegs fitting holes in the squares on the chess board (Kings 8cm), with wooden counters for backgammon/draughts and a leather shaker.  The board lacks part of the inlay for 2 squares and has a split across those and adjoining squares, some of which have started to lift.
