An unusual French brass dial clock, probably 18th/19th century and later, the 30hr spring movement with verge escapement and bob pendulum. The dial bearing the legend, "Surge Ora et Labora", "Com Lofsy au F: Louis" and a Maltese cross and visible pendulum rocker aperture. Supported on three splay tab feet.12 cm high x 7.5 cm width of the dial plate.
