A large and impressive late 19th century Italian two-handled alabaster circular tazza and plinth, the turned body with a carved and pierced rim of fruiting vines, above a column supported by three ornately carved rearing swans. On an octagonal plinth with a moulded foot. 81 wide overall x 138 cm high.
