A Chinese Export porcelain Famille Rose bottle vase Qianlong period, with Mandarin pattern cartouches depicting polychrome enamel scenes with figures in a pavilion, decorated with gilt embellishment and flowers throughout and centered with an armorial coat of arms, the underside with hand written note reading about the vase and the coat of arms being 'in color of RODELEY as recorded by Papworth & Morani, ??? or Arms (1874) p.30', together with a hand written note from inside the vase from the original purchaser of the vase, who bought it in 1944 for £25, 24 cm high.
