A Swedish Kosta Boda 'Fish Out Of Water' centrepiece bowl designed by Kjell Engman, from the Reef Collection, the hollow colourless bowl form with matte surface decoration of seabed-like white, blue, turquoise and brown mottles, with an applied press-moulded blue fish with orange powder decoration mounted on a gob of colourless glass, the base inscribed 'Kosta Boda K. Engman 7020202', and with maker's label and Kosta Boda '10 Temperaments' catalogue, 34cm diam, 13.5cm high Engman developed the Reef Collection in 2002 to commemorate and highlight the beauty and loss of the world's coral reefs.
