A Victorian enamel fringe necklace, dangling with three oval panels, each star-set with a split pearl outlined by a blue enamel edge, on a raised plateau surrounded by a white enamel border and further suspending tassels below, attached to a belcher link chain with tube clasp, unmarked yellow metal testing 18ct, overall length 41.5 cm, 15.1 grams.
