Three studies of four lizards, early 20th century zoological watercolours on canvas-lined paper Bipes Lepidopus, Seps Chalcidicus, Ophisaurus Ventralis and Coecilla Batrachia, all initialled KCL, all 88 x 67 cm, (3). From a collection of over 60 unframed zoological and anatomical paintings, originally used in scientific departments within Kings College London. Proceeds of sale from this collection kindly being donated back to the university by the vendor.
