Throughout the 1990s, King Features released a series of hand-inked, hand painted limited edition cels featuring the Popeye cast. These were based on original art by legendary Fleischer Studios animator Myron Waldman (1908 - 2008), American animator, best known for his work at Fleisher Studios.
