A 1930s EKCO Bakelite 'Plastalite' desk lamp by an unknown designer, produced in Czechoslovakia for E.K. Cole Ltd (Eric Kirkham Cole Ltd), with poseable arm, moveable shade and original base with printed marks, rewired recently. 36cm high. This model of lamp was used as a bedside light in Stalin's bedroom in his dacha in the recent film 'The Death of Stalin'.
