A mid 19th century German 18 ct gold snuff box with Hanau pseudo hallmarks, the cartouche shaped box made in the 18th century design with repousse indoor home scene with mother and child, the sides chased with acanthus scrolls, rocaille shell and cross hatched details, 8.5 cm wide x 6.5 cm deep x 3 cm high, weight 106 grams.
