An extremely large Isle of Wight Studio Glass 'Seascape' vase designed by Michael Harris in 1985 and made by Timothy Harris in 2010, the colourless body overlaid with powdered enamel, overlapping shards of blue and white striped glass, 22 carat gold leaf, blue trails, and with a slight iridescence, the polished pontil mark signed 'Timothy Harris Isle of Wight Glass England 2010'. 28cm high. This is one of the largest examples, if not the largest example, of this highly desirable and complex hallmark range ever made. For a number of years, it was displayed in the studio's showroom in Ventnor to exemplify the range.
